Eclipse Trucking Process

Required Quote Information:

• Pickup and/or drop-off location
• Time (pickup or drop-off time, 24-hour service; 8-5 operating hours)
• Size of load (dimensions, weight, quantity, attachments)
• Dock-to-dock

Pricing Variables:

• Based on one loading/unloading time
• Wait time for load/transport
• Accessibility of load or pick up
• Weight of load
• Time of Pickup/Delivery turnaround (how quickly does the customer need delivery?)
• Insurance – baseline is $200 provided with partnership; extra insurance is offered for an additional cost.

What can you expect?

1. Quote provided by Eclipse Messenger.
2. An agreement signed by you.
3. Driver Dispatched – you will receive notification that the driver has been dispatched.
4. A truck arrives at its destination and makes the pickup – you will receive notification that the pickup has been made.
5. Arrive at the delivery location for drop-off.
6. Signature received – you will receive notification of delivery.
